Dancers in both the Advanced room (Main Cast nominees, aged 14+) and the Intermediate room (Kids Cast nominees, aged 13 and under) audition at each city of the current year’s Monsters tour stops. Faculty select 2 Kids Cast and 4 Main Cast dancers per city, and those dancers become nominees for the upcoming Monsters Show.
The Faculty then deliberate at the end of the regular touring season and along with the Monsters Show Director, select from the pool of nominees who will be a part of that year’s Monsters Show cast.
