Meet The 2024 Show Director: ALEX FETBROTH

With a career spanning across the globe, Alex Fetbroth has established himself as a unique, dynamic force in the dance industry. Originating from the small community of Woburn, Massachusetts, Alex has spent the past 25 years dedicated to the art of movement. He has performed with iconic artists such as Miley Cyrus, Prince, Justin Bieber, and Becky G. Alex has left his mark on television shows as an assistant choreographer for programs like "So You Think You Can Dance," "Cougar Town," and Apple Music advertisements. His choreography has not only adorned music videos but has also shaped the stage for artists like Becky G, Britney Spears in the "Domination Vegas Show," KYLE, the Dallas Cowboys dance team, and J Soul Brothers. His dance journey has been shaped by strong values of family, connection, and integrity. These principles, instilled in him by his parents and solidified by Monsters, guide his approach to operating at the intersection of individuality and teamwork. In essence, Alex Fetbroth's dance story is a journey of gratitude, perseverance, and a commitment to the craft.

  • Dancers in both the Advanced room (Main Cast nominees, aged 14+) and the Intermediate room (Kids Cast nominees, aged 13 and under) audition at each city of the current year’s Monsters tour stops. Faculty select 2 Kids Cast and 4 Main Cast dancers per city, and those dancers become nominees for the upcoming Monsters Show.

    The Faculty then deliberate at the end of the regular touring season and along with the Monsters Show Director, select from the pool of nominees who will be a part of that year’s Monsters Show cast.
